These Terms of Service govern your use of fixnium.com and purchases from Fixnium. Fixnium is operated by NorthBridge Global LLC ("Fixnium", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

2. Eligibility

You must have reached the age of majority in your province or territory and have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. Products are sold for lawful personal or household use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3. Product information and availability

We aim to describe products accurately. Colours and appearance can vary slightly by screen, lighting and normal manufacturing tolerances. Dimensions, materials, compatibility, care instructions and safety information shown on the product page form part of the offer.

All orders are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or reject an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, inability to deliver, or breach of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged.

4. Prices, currency, taxes and payment

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless clearly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and the complete order total are shown before you submit the order. Standard tracked shipping within Canada is free, and customers are not charged customs duties, import fees or brokerage fees.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You confirm that the payment and billing information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. Order confirmation and contract

Before submitting an order, you can review and correct your cart, delivery address and payment information. After an order is accepted, we send a written confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. The confirmation records the purchased products, price, taxes, total, delivery information and other transaction details and can be saved or printed.

6. Cancellations, shipping, returns and refunds

Orders may be cancelled within two hours after placement as described in our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy. Processing and delivery estimates, tracking and shipping conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

7. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined, have no cash value and must be applied before checkout is completed. We will not use a false reference price or conceal mandatory fees.

8. Product use and pet safety

Read and follow all product instructions, warnings, sizing guidance and care information. Choose products suitable for your dog's size, age, health, behaviour and intended use. Supervise use where appropriate and inspect products regularly for wear or damage. Stop use if a product becomes damaged, causes discomfort or appears unsafe. Website information is general product information and is not veterinary advice. Contact a veterinarian regarding health concerns or emergencies.

9. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photo or other content, it must reflect your genuine experience and must not be unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringe another person's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use submitted content for store-related purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not condition incentives on a positive review and will disclose material incentives where required.

10. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that harms the service, commit fraud, violate law, or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

11. Intellectual property

The Fixnium name, website design, text, graphics and other original store content are owned by or licensed to NorthBridge Global LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping only and may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.

12. Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, fulfilment, tracking, communication and technology providers. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Their services and privacy practices are governed by their own terms.

13. Legal warranties and disclaimer

Nothing in these Terms excludes a legal warranty or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an "as available" basis, and we do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

14. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory consumer law, or any liability that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, Fixnium is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal laws of the United States, without depriving Canadian consumers of mandatory rights or remedies available under the laws of their province or territory. Any non-waivable local consumer jurisdiction remains available.

16. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and changing the "Last updated" date. The version in effect when an order is placed governs that order. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
